The 4 colours of Iberian ham labels

- Green label: Classifies the Iberian ham from cebo de campo. These pigs are reared in the countryside, with a mixed diet based on natural pasture and animal feed. Their racial purity varies between 50% and 100%.
- White label: It corresponds to the Iberian fattening ham. The pigs are reared in facilities and fed exclusively on feed. Their racial purity can also vary between 50% and 100%.
What information must appear on the label?
