Our Ibérico sausages are characterized by their flavor and texture, and they are available in two varieties: white Ibérico sausage and spicy red Ibérico sausage.
IBÉRICO LONGANIZA
This sausage meat is normally known as spicy Ibérico chorizo and Ibérico butifarra
The Ibérico Longaniza is similar to the sausage, but with much less fat.
After meticulous selection of the best lean meats, we grind and marinate the meat and stuff it in its casing.
This sausage meat is normally known as spicy Ibérico chorizo (fresh red Ibérico chorizo) and Ibérico butifarra (fresh white Ibérico chorizo).
IBÉRICO SAUSAGE AND IBÉRICO BUTIFARRA WITH WINE:
Ingredients: Ibérico pork meat, salt, dextrose, dextrin, LACTOSE, preservative E-224 (potassium metabisulfite (SULPHITES), antioxidants (E-301 (sodium ascorbate), E331iii (trisodium citrate), E120 food coloring (carminic acid), aromas, spices, white wine (2%) (SULPHITES) and natural casing. May contain MILK proteins and WHEAT flour (gluten).

Ingredients: Ibérico pork meat, salt, dextrin, dextrose, LACTOSE, preservative E-224 (potassium METABISULFITE), antioxidants E-301 (sodium ascorbate), E-331 iii (trisodium citrate), E120 food coloring (carminic acid), sweet paprika, spicy paprika, ground white pepper, granulated dehydrated garlic, oregano and natural casing. May contain MILK proteins and WHEAT flour (gluten).
